Conferred on serving and deserving trade unionists who after receiving the Comrade of Labour for four years or more, continue to make significant contributions to the Labour Movement.
Conferred on senior management personnel in the Labour Movement network who, after having received the Medal of Commendation, continue to make significant contributions towards promoting and supporting the Labour Movement’s outcomes in improving workers’ 3Ws (Wages, Welfare, Work Prospects).
Conferred on companies in the Labour Movement network that have received Plaque of Commendation (Gold).
Conferred on companies in the Labour Movement network which, after having received the Plaque of Commendation, continue to support NTUC programmes and consistently make significant contributions towards promoting and supporting Labour Movement’s outcomes in improving workers’ wages, welfare and work prospects.
Conferred on serving trade unionists who have made significant contributions to their unions and are still active in their Executive Committees. They should have served the Labour Movement for more than five years.
Conferred on retired trade unionists who have made significant contributions to the Labour Movement continuously, preferably with no break in service.
Conferred on persons (non-union leaders) who have made significant contributions to support the Labour Movement’s mission to serve workers of all segments, equipping them to be ready, relevant and resilient for our workers to enjoy better wages, welfare and work prospects. They should have served the Labour Movement for five years or more.
Conferred on senior management personnel in the Labour Movement network who contribute by promoting and supporting the Labour Movement’s outcomes in improving workers’ 3Ws (Wages, Welfare, Work Prospects).
Conferred on companies in the Labour Movement network that promote and support the Labour Movement’s outcomes in improving workers’ wages, welfare and work prospects.
Conferred on exemplary individuals, associations and organisation partners in the network that made significant contributions through collaborations, projects or initiatives of national impact that promote and support the Labour Movement’s outcomes in improving workers’ wages, welfare and work prospects.
Conferred on outstanding workers who exemplify Worker 4.0, displaying the traits of Ready, Relevant and Resilient by improving their jobs through adopting/initiating productivity improvements and their employability through up-skilling and digital transformation-related training, as well as being adaptable to changing work environments.
