He currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships (AI Innovation) at AI Singapore, where he leads the global expansion of the AI Apprenticeship Programme® (AIAP), Singapore’s flagship initiative for AI talent development.
By uniting government, academia and industry, James focuses on translating high-level national AI strategies into practical, responsible and scalable implementation.
With a background that includes co-founding and scaling two startups and completing the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Programme at the National University of Singapore, James is uniquely skilled at bridging complex technical domains with sustainable business impact.

Sreeram is a global Banker and Board Director with 32 years of experience in International Banking. His key specialisations are in Leadership, Digital Investments, Operations, Strategy and Technology. Currently, Sreeram serves on the Board of a few Financial Services companies, as an Independent Director, and is the Chairman of the IT Strategy Committee. He is also a Board Member of a Technology Education Company in Singapore, a Founding Advisory Board Member of a large Australian University in Singapore, and a Committee Member of a significant Non-Profit Organisation in Singapore. Until recently, his last notable role was the Global COO at a large International Bank for its Corporate and Institutional Business. He was also the global Head of the bank’s offshore Capability Centres in several geographies. Formerly, he was the CEO at Scope International, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank. At the Singapore Institute of Directors, Sreeram has served as a Committee Member, completed the Chairperson Accelerator Programme and is a Mentor for the Board Readiness Programme.
Sreeram was invited by the Indian Prime Minister Modi and Finance Minister to present ideas on certain Policy evolutions to attract investments.
Apart from his professional work, he has earned multiple philanthropic accolades for Community work. He has been a Guest Lecturer, Author, former Fellow of National University of Singapore, TEDx Speaker, and shares his views at several conferences. Sreeram got his learnings from the Singapore Institute of Directors secured his MBA from the UK, is a qualified Company Secretary, a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst, and a qualified Cost Accountant. His executive Leadership learnings came from MIT (USA); London Business School; and INSEAD Singapore.

Beyond managing risks and protection assets, she helps organizations connect the dots between strategy, operations and security in a way that works for everyone - from the boardroom to the ground. An accredited director with the Singapore institute of Directors, Audrey also champions women in cyber, IT and mentoring the next generation to excel and lead with confidence.
