TTAB Awards 2025 honour individuals and teams who exemplify the values that power Singapore’s tech sector — lifelong learning, empowerment, and inclusion. More than accolades, it’s a celebration of Singapore’s tech community values and a call to action for every tech professional to commit to lifelong learning, to be a catalyst for others and to lead with heart.
Launched by the Tech Talent Assembly (TTAB), the awards reflect a shared mission to nurture future-ready tech talent. This 2025, the TTAB Awards introduces three distinct award categories that together shine a spotlight on the pillars of our community: individual mastery, ecosystem stewardship and people-centred leadership. Here are the three categories:
The TTAB Awards 2025 are open to all (members and non-members of TTAB). Professionals in the tech sector can either self-nominate or be nominated by their peers for these awards.
The award recognises individuals who lead by example in their pursuit of continuous growth and real-world impact and rewards individuals who don’t just chase certifications, but who translate that learning into mentorship, process improvements and real impact.
Who should apply?
Tech practitioners—developers, engineers, analysts, UX designers—who consistently challenge themselves to learn new tools, methodologies or frameworks, and who translate that learning into tangible impact within their teams and organisations.
Award Focus:
The award honours the organisations, associations and changemakers whose initiatives lay the foundations for an inclusive, dynamic and collaborative industry.
Who should apply?
Bodies—such as training partners, industry associations, coworking spaces—or individual changemakers behind community initiatives, hackathons or policy advocacy, whose work amplifies collaboration, inclusivity and skills development across Singapore’s tech landscape.
Award Focus:
The award honours the organisations, associations and changemakers whose initiatives lay the foundations for an inclusive, dynamic and collaborative industry.
Who should apply?
Leaders within organisations who prioritise their people—crafting mentorship schemes, bespoke upskilling roadmaps or flexible work policies that enable their teams to thrive.
Award Focus:
There is no limit to the categories to enter and/or nominate.
